4:00 - 7:00PM: Film and Panel Discussion (RSVP HERE)

First Film: "Welcome to the Terrordome"

Public Enemy's twenty year career has had a monumental impact on the music world. This film chronicles their legacy and history, while revealing what icons of the music world say about their profound influence. Two decades later, the most controversial rap group of the 1980s is all grown up... and still touring. Their ability to weave serious messages of activism into completely accessible songs has revolutionized Rap and Hip-Hop music. Artists such as the Beastie Boys, Tom Morello, Henry Rollins, Talib Kweli and Jonathan Davis reflect on the group's stunning power and creativity. Including live concert footage from near and far - Moscow, Rio, Italy, Spain, the U.K., and finally Austin, TX, Public Enemy demonstrates they still have the power to get the crowd on its feet with insanely infectious music punctuated with an infectious beat. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1151389/
